Beautiful location in the middle of a forest, very close to the lake and surrounding mountains, and to beautiful little villages and Genève. The hut we stayed in was perfect for two couples, really cozy, with parking right in front of it. The community room was filled with games, travel guides, a tv, kids play area, a bar outside close to the pool. The staff was really friendly and helpful, too! We would definitely come back there!

It wasn’t totally clean upon arrival, a mushroom was growing in the shower which we removed from it. Some of the floor boards were pretty noisy too.

Very poor standards, very expensive, damp environment, staff not helpful

Damp, accommodation smelt humidity as soon as we opened the door, no way we could fit 6 people in, very small, no towels, all in all it seemed a joke for £500 5 nights. Called reception several times no answer, nobody at reception either. Didn't stay there due to humidity smell and was denied a refund.

A place to be if you want to get away from cities pollution!

We knew it wasn't a hotel but we expected more space for 6 people. Meaning we would have not mind paying more but have a bigger bungalow. Anyway, We managed to fit in anyway.

Décevant

J'avais loué 2 mobilhomes 6 personnes soit disant identiques hors l'un le n° 94 était de qualité médiocre. Terrasse glissante, fragilisée par endroit,ombragéé ++, porte coulissante extrêmement dure à ouvrir doute qu'elle ferme à clés, ménage qui laissait plus qu'à désiré dans le mobilhome, plusieurs moustiques collés au plafond, sol sale, couverture douteuse, place de parking éloigné du logement. Le 2eme n° 79 de meilleur qualité plus grand mieux organisé (WC séparé, terrasse ok) par contre odeur de tabac froid ++ au niveau des rideaux, de la banquette du salon et idem pour les couvertures et le sol non lavé. Heureusement que notre séjour n'était que de 2 jours. Nous avons rendu les mobilhomes plus propres qu'à notre arrivée.

Séjour ressourçant en pleine nature

Le calme est très appréciable et la proximité de la nature. Beau terrain, extérieur de bonne qualité (piscine/jeux/tennis). La terrasse est à l’abri de la pluie donc on peut en profiter malgré le mauvais temps. Le personnel est très accueillant.

La taille du logement est un peu petit, pas très pratique. Il manque un peu de confort, lit petit et matelas pas très confortable, le canapé aussi.

Un très chouette endroit pour séjourner quand il fait beau. Sinon on est un peu serré dans le logement.

La piscine était chauffée à 22 °C seulement.

Tegengevallen.

De natuur en het gezang van de vogels in de vroege ochtend. We hoorden zelfs een koekoek.

De huisjes staan te dicht op elkaar. Geen privacy. Eerste avond waren we er niet op bedacht en hadden de ramen op kierstand. Helaas rook ons huisje ineens naar houtbrand. De buren hadden de kachel branden en wij kregen de schoorsteenrook binnen. Verder zijn de huisjes zeer gehorig zowel binnen als van buiten af. De buren waren nogal tot laat op de avond luidruchtig. Vooral de telefoongesprekken die zonodig op het terras gevoerd moeten worden mbt de luidspreker. Respectloos. Ook jammer dat er geen zon op ons terras kwam.

la surprise du lit parental soit deux lits de 80cm. je n'avais pas l'info étant passé par booking mais je pense que vu le nombre de mail envoyé aux clients une info précisant cette info aurait été souhaitable

Super environnement et super équipement pour les activités sportives, les enfants ont adoré.

Les viennoiseries vendues pour le petit dej. Les arbres qui perdent leurs feuilles sur la terrasse et le manque d'abris sur la terrasse

L'accès aux chemins de randonnées et au terrain de tennis. L'aménagement des places de parking. Les équipements cuisine. Le calme.

Nous étions à 2 adultes et 5 enfants or le 5e lit n'était pas adapté à la situation. Mais après tout c'est un camping. La machine à café ne dispose pas de filtre. La douchette était assez faible.
