About this house rental
Welcome to my cozy brand new basement suite. The unit is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. There is 1 queen size bed and 1 full/double bed in a separate room.
Location: 10 minutes drive to YVR airport, 10 minutes walk to Canada line skytrain. Closes to shopping, cinemas and restaurants.
Living room: sofa, 55" smart TV, high-speed internet.
The unit is 514 sqf.
Kitchen amenities include all the essential tools.
Keurig coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stove.

Everything was great except the living room couch can be a bit of a hazzard - it is really hard and uncomfortable. Due to it's proximity to the wall all of us accidently bumped our heads hard on the back wall. Evidently other people hae too as there was a head-shaped hole i the wall. The couch could be fixed with some throw pillows/cushions on the back board. Also- we were 4 guests but were only provided 2 large towels.
The host was quick to respond and the place was clean , well organized and nice.

Location is only a 5-7 minute walk from Marine Gate station on the Canada Line. Super convenient, with access to the T&T supermarket, pharmacy, banking and eateries. Jen was prompt in responding to questions. Unit was very clean and modern

Bare bones and not recommended for 4adults.too small- A/c is portable unit at front door- doesn’t cool bedrooms well at night. Was clean- only one water glass in kitchen- stove hadn’t been cleaned so grease smoked and set off smoke alarm when reheating food.
