About this house rental
In desirable LOGAN SQUARE - 10 minutes from Downtown Chicago, steps away from the new Restaurant Row on Diversey Avenue! Even Crain's would agree that this is the place to be: restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are all nearby. Shoot over to the business district or the airport via a short walk to the Blue Line. 15 minutes to the Loop and Theater District, 30 minutes to O'Hare!
The space
This completely renovated home in the heart of one of the most bustling neighborhoods in the City of Chicago boasts the most beautiful modern finishes in Logan Square. Built from the ground up, this 5 bedroom, 4 bath WITH game room offers a modern touch to a historical Chicago neighborhood! The home features a spacious open living room/kitchen/dining room/family room concept on the main level with tons of natural light and richly stained hardwood flooring, 10 foot ceilings and a private deck that is great for entertaining. The Chef's kitchen boasts quartz counters, high-end stainless steel appliances, an elegant backsplash, custom white cabinetry and an oversized island. The HUGE master suite is complete with a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom, featuring dual vanities, an enormous shower with exquisite designer tile work, and a separate tub. There are three additional spacious bedrooms, a full bath with tub, and laundry on the upper level. The finished lower level offers an additional family room, extra-large bedroom with full bath and shower, and a BONUS GAME ROOM / poker room for your stay! This home also offers a detached 1 car garage and additional 1 car parking spot so parking in one of the busiest Cities in the world is never a problem when you stay here.

- My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.
- Fresh towels and linens
- Wireless internet is always available
- TV with streaming options
- Kitchen appliances including a microwave, coffee pot with a reusable filter, tea kettle, and toaster
- I provide a keurig and coffee maker
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges, hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

- Luggage racks and hangers
Guest access
Guests will access all doors to the unit with keypads, no physcial keys are necessary.
Other things to note
Unfortunately, during the pandemic, we had a significant rise in guests that want to rent the house for large gatherings / parties. Our home is meant for folks that are traveling for business, families visiting from out of state for holidays and guests interested in exploring the city, and small gatherings. It is not meant for large parties. We would like to see verifications and good reviews before renting the house. We do require all our inquiries contact us with details about their trip because want to insure the people renting are renting it for the right reasons.
