Bright interiors flow into a spacious undercover entertaining area with a huge swim spa, BBQ, and outdoor dining. The fully fenced yard provides space to unwind, while the well-equipped kitchen makes meals at home effortless. With room for a boat or caravan and cafés, dining, and public transport within walking distance, everything is in place for a carefree coastal escape.
The Space:
Thoughtfully set up for easy beachside stays, this pet-friendly home balances indoor comfort with generous outdoor living. The living area is cosy and comfortable, with a three-seater sofa, 40-inch Smart TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fans creating an easy space to rest after a day outdoors. Guests can access Netflix using their own login details. A dedicated corner for kids includes toys, books, and a small table and chairs to help keep little ones entertained indoors.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from simple breakfasts to family meals, with modern appliances and handy extras including a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, sandwich press, slow cooker, and rice cooker. Nearby, the dining table for four provides a welcoming setting for meals and conversation.
Embracing the laid-back beachside lifestyle, the outdoor spaces are made for spending time together. The spacious undercover patio features a dining setting, BBQ, and ceiling fans, creating a perfect spot for alfresco meals. The fully fenced yard offers ample space for kids and pets to roam freely. The two air-conditioned bedrooms have been thoughtfully prepared for a restful stay, each featuring a queen bed, quality linen, and blockout blinds. A sofa bed can be prepared on request for an additional child. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and contemporary finishes, while the separate laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities adds convenience for longer visits.
Full air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout keep the home comfortable in every season. Off-street parking includes space for a boat or caravan. Please note that the swim spa is not heated.

The area is popular for fishing, boating, and outdoor adventures. Cast a line along the mouth of the Barron River or fish from the rock wall along the Esplanade. Both the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Smithfield Shopping Centre can be reached in around nine minutes. We provide a generous amount of amenities as a "start up" for your stay. These include shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dishwasher & laundry sheets, toilet paper, tissues, salt/pepper, cooking oil, tea, coffee & sugar. If your stay is longer than a few days, you will need to top up to suit your needs.
Linen/Towels
Our linen is hotel quality and professionally cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. Additionally, we have bath mats, hand towels, and face washers. Please be sure to register the correct number of guests to ensure our linen provision suits your needs.
Bag Storage
Bag storage before or after your stay is available at Stasher Luggage (next to The Jack Hotel), 52 Spence Str, Cairns.

We had a great time. It felt like a little home away from home. Perfect for that holiday home feelng. Very friendly owners and pets where even welcome to stay.

I absolutely love this area, if I was to ever buy a property in carins this is where I will buy. I love the area love going for walks every morning every afternoon. The People were so beautiful.. I was so shocked the local people have their doors an windows wide open. People were relaxed inside an so inviting. It felt like a safe loving neighborhood.. Kids riding their bikes going fishing everybody out enjoying life. I felt like it was home.. The beach was not that nice , but it was still a beautiful Place. The house was beautiful to stay in a felt like home. I will be back.
