Modern, bright, and tastefully furnished, Villa Miriam offers spacious and comfortable interiors. The sea-view living room features a TV area, sofa, large windows, and air conditioning. From here, you can access the independent kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.

The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: a master bedroom with private bathroom and two twin bedrooms served by two additional bathrooms with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned. PAYMENTS AND SECURITY DEPOSIT

If applicable, electricity (and sometimes water) consumption will be calculated based on actual usage and charged at the end of the stay. A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be held on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically presented and in the guest’s name). The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay; release times depend solely on the guest’s bank. In case of damages or rule violations, Klodge reserves the right to withhold an appropriate amount.

TOURIST TAX

To be paid in cash upon arrival according to local regulations.

BOOKING DETAILS

All Klodge accommodations are private properties rented for tourist purposes under Italian Law 431/98 and art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 (Autonomous Region of Sardinia). As private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may present minor imperfections that do not affect functionality. Klodge is a professional real estate intermediary specialising in short-term holiday rentals.

CLEANING AND ESSENTIAL SERVICES

Final cleaning and initial linen set are provided by specialised external companies. Related costs are payable by the guest.

ONLINE CHECK-IN AND CONTRACT

After booking, guests are required to complete the online check-in, uploading ID documents and selfies for all participants. Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory; the contract is in Italian, but we provide an English courtesy copy before arrival.

KEY COLLECTION

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

WASTE DISPOSAL

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Guests must use the appropriate bags and ensure proper waste disposal before departure.
