It was a great base for visiting the island. Beds were comfortable. Washer worked great. Last two nights place was peaceful and quiet. Staff was super helpful and went out of their way to help us.
1st night could hear those below talking loudly all night until 8:30 am, but that’s more the guests than the property. Last two nights were quiet. As other reviews mentioned being concerned about the electricity and going over. The sofa could be better for a place at that price point. Couldn’t figure out the TV but didn’t end up using it so it was fine. Everything else was great.

Fantastic check-in service and Excellent location. In quiet neighborhood which we really enjoyed. We had the pleasure of staying in the Loft with the roof garden, so spectacular views across the bay. Clean and safe property, and the loft was equipped with everything we needed. Pleasantly surprised by the small (very private) beach about 50 meters away. Not many restaurants nearby, but short 10mins drive to main Pittulongu beach where we enjoyed some great meals. What we like best was location. Provided excellent access to Costa Smeralda and North west of the island. Olbia airport was a 15mins ride.
We stayed for lengthy period (9 nights). Fresh towels and bed linen would have been appreciated.

Fantastic host, service minded and very very professional. Everything was as expected and absolutely like the instructions given. Very nice place, easy to find and great in all ways.

Just the exterior of the house.
- No privacy
- thin walls - you hear neighbours sittin in a chair
- overloaded with hosts instructions after booking
- hidden fees (key pick up, laundry, garbage…)
- no personification and warm approach for the hosts
- agency managed house - too many legal documents
- high deposit 500eur
$$$$
