Ideally located in one of the quietest streets of Old Antibes, close to all amenities, this magnificent apartment in a 17th century building has been recently renovated by an owner who loves interior design, combining Mediterranean charm and modern comfort. with Wifi, Netflix, bluetooth speaker & Smart TV.
Côté Fersen has been completely renovated with a new bathroom and a new fully equipped kitchen. Very well laid out, it can accommodate 3 or 4 people with the necessary comfort for a perfect stay.
The main advantages of this apartment are comfort & location. Just a stone's throw away you will find the Provençal market, bakeries, cheese makers, butchers and small local supermarkets. You are free to choose to dine in one of the many excellent local restaurants or cook yourself a delicious meal in the kitchen of the apartment.
Of course, the central location of this apartment makes parking difficult. This is why, if you ask us, we can help you rent, with a small supplement, a car park located 250 m from the property.
