About this campground/ rv resort rental

Looking for a great place to stop after a long day of travel or a weekend away to unwind and relax? Our two bedroom/two bath guest house is the perfect choice! We are located 5 miles outside of Junction, Texas on 20 acres. One bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bed and the living room couch makes into a queen sleeper perfect for young kids. The guest house has the basic kitchen appliances should you choose to prepare your own meals and a washer and dryer to keep those clothes refreshed! The small front porch is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while enjoying the beautiful sunrise/sunsets. While we (the owners) live on site, you will still enjoy a level of privacy on the 20 acres. Swimming, kayaking, bird watching are all within 15 -20 minutes away and wine country in Fredericksburg is about an hour drive.

The little house was very comfortable and perfect for our family. Definitely awesome to have two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. The views are beautiful and if we had time, we would have loved to sit on the front porch and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee.

The house was perfect. Very clean and well kept. My wife and I and our dog were in junction for a little road trip get away. This place was very quiet and just the right distance from town. We woke up to several deer grazing in the front pasture

Awesome place to get away with the family, with plenty room for the kids to roam, and wear themselves out. Property owners are wonderful people and are only a call or text away from assisting. Beautiful scenery off the front porch and awesome views of the stars at night! Definitely recommend this place for your next stay!

My friend and I were able to get away for a girls weekend. We enjoyed hiking and visiting area historical sites. The stay was perfect! Such a cute place in a tranquil setting was a perfect place for a relaxing evening after days spent hiking and exploring!

This a a manufactured home that is in like new condition with every amenity. And I do mean everything, a fine bottle of hill country wine was included, dish tv, etc. Very secure with security code needed to enter. The home is located in very private 20 acres with spectacular views of hills from porch about 5 miles outside town. Owners are very friendly and have a nearby house if need anything. Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately we were traveling, but this would be a great place to relax for a few days away from big city, saw kayaking is nearby.

This property is indeed the place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Texas Hill Country. It was so much better than we expected. Plenty of privacy, comfy beds, sufficient hot water (and pressure) in the shower, satellite TV, fast WiFi, a modern well-equipped kitchen, great outdoor space, even a nice deck to sit and relax on during sunset. But what sets this particular place apart is the hospitality of the hosts. They provided us with a gift basket of goodies, a fridge stocked with many fun items (including Texas beer!), and also kept a very clear line of communication with us via text messages. We stayed during the Total Solar Eclipse, where towns like Fredericksburg and Kerrville were price gouging every visitor in order to maximize their profit. But apparently these good folk of Junction Texas don't stoop to that level of greed. Our hosts charged us the same rate that they charge any other night of the year. We loved this place, and hope to visit it again sometime in the near future!

This place was perfect for an overnight on a long trip. It was clean, quiet, private, and comfortable. The owner communicated well and thoughtfully furnished the house with coffee and snacks and such. The bed was very comfortable. The porch was pleasant to just sit and watch the sky and listen to the breeze. We're definitely going to add this to our list for future trips.

The house is so cute and clean. Had everything we needed. We didn't cook there but seemed to be well stocked. The view from the front porch was very pretty. Shelia communicated well with us before and during our stay. She made sure we made it there safely and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our friends.

We were visiting friends camping in South Llano River State Park. We were delighted to find this listing and even more delighted when we arrived and saw the almost new build (or updates?), modern layout, modern “country chic” decor, thoughtful guest touches, and local tips. So quiet! Great sleep, woke up refreshed and 100% pinning this one for future west Texas trips.

This is the perfect hill country spot, beautiful views of the hill country, stars, and sunrises. Perfect location near town of Junction but on a large secluded ranch. It was our home base for a two day kayak trip on the S.Llano river. Everything was ideal for our group of six, clean, equipped, perfect, even had two bathrooms. We look forward to staying there again.
