When you book with Sunkasa, you’re not just booking a home, you’re booking a refined, repeat-worthy experience.
* This property is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that we also call home as well. As such we ask our guests to please respect the evening quiet hours by ensuring there is no noise outdoors between the hours of 9pm and 7am each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We have installed the noise monitoring hardware to listen for excessive noise. But don’t worry – your privacy is respected as this does not record audio. It merely observes the sound levels on the property.
* This is an entirely non-smoking property of any kind -- indoors and outdoors on the property. Unfortunately if we discover this has not been respected during your stay with us, we will need to charge a $500 cleaning fee to ensure the following guests have a smoke-free environment.
* We must restrict use of the property only to the number of guests specified in your reservation and explicitly registered with us in advance as part of our pre-arrival communications with you. We have a firm no parties or events policy and unfortunately this is something we will need to strictly enforce. We’re afraid that violations of this will result in us having to prematurely end your visit with us without any refunds.
* We welcome you to fully enjoy the pontoon boat during your stay. However, the minimum age to operate the boat is 25.

Superb property. Great hosts. It’s a really lovely place with great pool, spa and pontoon boat. Lovely views of the lake and mountains. Very relaxing time here. Would highly recommend.

This house couldn’t have been nicer or more comfortable. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space! Heated pool was fantastic. We loved the pontoon. It was a fantastic trip and we will look forward to returning.

The pictures do not do this property justice! I've stayed in a lot of Abnb and vrob as well as expensive hotels like the Cosmopolitan and the Ritz. This place was 2nd to NONE! Upon walking in, I felt like a movie star walking onto a set filming luxury homes. The decor is front cover magazine style. The blend of luxury and updated tech will leave you in awe at every turn. I can honestly say, this host has thought of EVERYTHING! There were utensils there that I had to Google. If you can think of it, it's already there for you. The way everything is set up makes you feel like royalty. White, bright, pristine and perfect! This is the 2nd Sunkasa home I've stayed in and I will NEVER stay with anyone else. I'm completely ruined and spoiled by Sunkasa's decadence!
