The house if fully loaded for all your cooking and indoor needs. Bass fishing and water fun in the pool. Large master bath with a very large room and ceiling fan. New carpet, tile paint and cabinets through out. Located close to lots of spring training, golf courses around the corner, gambling and too many other things to name. Relax next to the sparkling, private pool or enjoy the views with your favorite cocktail while watching the sun set behind the mountains and listening to the calming waters of lake arrowhead.
Sleeping accommodations include 4 bedrooms all on the main level with 3 bedrooms with queen beds and the master with a king size bed. The king master suite looks out to the beautiful backyard and pool area and breathtaking mountain and lake views has its own full bath with shower and soaking tub. Sharing a full bath are a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with queen beds suitable for adults or children.

We stayed here for a 16U baseball tournament and it was the perfect house for two teens and two adults. Pool was refreshing and being lakefront provided a beautiful view. Gorgeous sunsets each night and the pool table, darts, and poker table kept the boys entertained and out of the heat. Kitchen well-equipped. Would definitely rent again.

The house itself is great and the location was perfect. However, we placed 5 calls to the owners and never received a call back. We were asking about using the paddle boat and pontoon boat. No reply so we didn't use them. Also called about the leaking garbage disposal. Again, no call back.
We had to scrub the frying pan to use the first time. One small pot is totally unusable. We didn't see any bath soap or shower gel when we arrived so had to go out and buy some. Later found miniatures in the bathroom cabinet.
Improvement on these items listed above would help me recommend the house to others.
