Magnificent apartment with 2 terraces, one with the possibility of a veranda for the winter, a furnished solarium with a covered part, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large bright living room, very well equipped open kitchen. Close to beaches, golf courses and shops.
Located 35 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, come and spend your holidays in a sunny, idyllic and quiet setting.
The beaches some 8 minutes away, 5 golf courses nearby, bike rides or walks along the canal and countless culinary discoveries (Spanish, Argentinian, Asian, Indian, French restaurants). In short, an enchanting stay.

It is open to the public from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. without interruption (except for the cinema and the leisure and restaurant area, which remain open later).

You are also not very far from Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Villamartin and Torrevieja (10 minutes by car).

Location ok. Would have been nice if it is mentioned that you have to climb stairs.The “glassed” veranda at the front is excellent during autumn/winter.All in all a good stay.

Very clean & tidy apartment. Everything you would need like dishwasher,washing machine & cable tv with air conditioning.
Could do with a handrail on one side for steps upto the main entrance & also upto the roof solarium for more elderly less able bodied guestsguests
