DESCRIPTION
Grand Splash Lodge is a newly built luxury mountain retreat designed for unforgettable group getaways. Located in Hibernation Station Resort and just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, this stunning 3-story cabin combines upscale comfort, breathtaking mountain views, and nonstop entertainment—perfect for family vacations, reunions, church groups, and corporate retreats.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed by spacious decks, beautiful views, and a layout made for gathering. The main level features a bright open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, oversized windows, a cozy fireplace, and a beautifully designed kitchen with granite countertops and all the cookware needed for group meals. The dining area offers seating for 14, plus additional seating at the island and bar, making it easy for everyone to enjoy meals together. A stylish coffee bar adds another thoughtful touch, giving guests the perfect place to start the day before heading out to explore the Smokies. This level also includes a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom for added convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find five additional bedrooms, including four king suites with private ensuite bathrooms and a fun bunk room that younger guests are sure to love. The bedding throughout the cabin has been newly upgraded to make every stay even more comfortable and restful. A workstation on the upper level makes it easy for guests to work remotely while still enjoying a mountain getaway. An elevator provides easy access to all three levels, making the cabin convenient for guests of all ages.
The lower level is packed with entertainment and built for making memories. The game room features a pool table, arcade games, Golden Tee, and newly added Buck Hunter and air hockey for even more fun. Guests will especially enjoy the four TVs hanging above the pool table, making it easy to watch sporting events and keep up with multiple games while enjoying time together. The private theater room offers a true movie-night experience with surround sound, and the lower level also includes a popcorn maker and ice machine for added convenience.
One of the standout features of the cabin is the indoor/outdoor pool. With the glass garage door open, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air while still having the comfort and convenience of a private covered pool space. Great property, and location. Easy to use. Summit management company however is sub-par. A maintenance technician showed up, unannounced and unrequested, open carrying a firearm in a house full of kids. While I am pro 2a this is unprofessional for a management company. I called summit to inform them, and they stated that it was legal for their maintenance person to open carry. While this is true, still unprofessional behavior when simple concealment can prevent concern.
