Cleanliness of the cabin. Plenty of tableware and glasses. The showers were very nice. Plenty of seating in the family room. Overall a very comfortable cabin.

Great property, and location. Easy to use. Summit management company however is sub-par. A maintenance technician showed up, unannounced and unrequested, open carrying a firearm in a house full of kids. While I am pro 2a this is unprofessional for a management company. I called summit to inform them, and they stated that it was legal for their maintenance person to open carry. While this is true, still unprofessional behavior when simple concealment can prevent concern.
