Welcome to our Clearwater waterfront unit. Located just steps from Clearwater's vast sugar beaches. This spacious and comfortable unit offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The condo is in a quiet area, that’s ideal for families, a short walk from the beach, family-friendly attractions, and a wide variety of restaurants and activities. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the balcony overlooking the intracoastal inlet—kids and adults alike will love spotting dolphins and manatees swimming by the dock!
This spacious 1310 square foot space offers a full kitchen, dining area, living area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our condo features all-new furnishings and lots of space for up to 6 people to enjoy. The 17 foot balcony faces onto the bay and allows you to enjoy a spectacular view of the dolphin’s swimming along the gulf coast.
The boutique style 3 storey building is conveniently located near all the main Clearwater attractions including Captain Bligh's mini golf ( across the street) ,Pier 60, the trolley, the Clearwater Marina and all of the finest local Clearwater restaurants and pubs.
LIVING & DINING ROOMS
The living area offers a brand new 50” flat screen TV and comfortable seating for 6. The two sectional sofas can extend into two double sized beds when pulled out and as required for the larger family. A clean simple décor with neutral vinyl planks, blue and white accents provides a calm, coastal and cozy feel to this living space.
In the dining area guests can enjoy the 113” extendable dining table that can seat a large family comfortably. The full kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The main bedroom includes a large walk-in closet and walk-out balcony. It is furnished with two new queen sized beds and offers the convenience of a 43” wall-mounted flat screen TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity and private shower/tub area. Both bathrooms are equipped with integrated bluetooth fan speakers.
The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and is located beside a second bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity.
AMENITIES
Guest amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, hair dryers in both bathrooms, a large load washer & dryer, and plenty of towels and extra linens for your comfort and convenience. Ample parking is available for two large vehicles in the covered garage. A selection of beach gear/accessories and beach towels are provided for your use. The hot tub and large swimming pool offer another perfect option for relaxation throughout your stay.
THE LOCATION
Enjoy a short walk or ride on the Jolly Trolley to Frenchy’s South Beach Cafe, known for its grouper sandwiches. Or enjoy a relaxing walk along the beach boardwalk to Crabby Bills for a casual and fun atmosphere. The Clearwater beach boardwalk also serves as the perfect route to enjoy the vast stretches of powder white beaches and access to Pier 60 - Pier 60 is known for its fishing, sightseeing and entertainment. As you walk along the boardwalk, be ready to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets and natural scenery .. have your camera ready!!

Our second time staying at property (family of four plus 2) this time was even better, One being we knew the layout of the surroundings which fit our needs close to nightlife but not too close and proximity of the beach.Second was Suzanne is an absolute gem to work with.Extremely accommodating and responds immediately to any questions/concern I had.I highly recommend this rental for the above mentioned also house is clean, updated and well stocked with kitchen, bath and beach necessities.Hope to return for round three.

Suzanne was an incredible host and she was excellent and efficient at communicating with us and helping us with anything that we needed. The condo was very spacious and comfy for the perfect summer stay , as well as occupied with any extra necessities for the beach and toiletries as well. Would definitely come back for a future stay!!

Suzanne was great with communication. She always responded promptly whether I was asking questions about the unit or rental process before renting or asking questions about the unit or area while we were there.
We ran into one minor issue while in the unit and she went above and beyond to resolve it.
The location is great and the unit was very clean.
We traveled with 2 adults and 3 teens. Everyone said it was perfect. There was enough to do that the kids could go out and entertain themselves, we could walk to the beach, and we could do plenty of things as a family without a lot of effort.
We have only been home for a day and my kids are already asking when we can go back to the same rental. I have used VRBO and other sites to rent many places over the years and can honestly say that my kids never want to go back to the same place twice, so this says a lot.
