No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
No Fishing Off The Docks.

Really nice condo with plenty of room and balcony overlooking harbor is beautiful. Did not use cooking as we walked to many restaurants, but it is nice kitchen. Loved walking to everything including the beach. pool area is small but we had friends across at edge and opal so we did not use subject pool at all. We had fabulous weather so always a bonus. used the Grouper ..easy peasy.to get around and inexpensive. Recommend this unit.

We had 5 families stay in the units at Harborview Grand so it made it easy for everyone to be together. Beautiful views from every balcony and close enough to walk to the beach. Stay here away from the crowds.

Great location. Loved keyless entry. Saw dolphins everyday from balcony! Very close to walk to beach, shopping, restaurants, mini market, and liquor store.
