It is 50m from the sea, 250m from the centre of Fromentine and 450m from the main beach.
The setting is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
It features an open veranda, facing south-west, facing the forest, a veranda that exudes a welcoming atmosphere, its secret, it has been transformed into a living room where life is good!
The small enclosed garden has a shady terrace for lounging and a sunny one for sunbathing.

- A living room in the veranda, offering a peaceful atmosphere thanks to its large windows opening onto the garden. This living room has two sofas, a television and a dining table with six chairs.
- Kitchen: induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, table and four chairs.
- Bedroom 1: a 160x190 bed (duvet + square pillows) with storage space.
