This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is centrally located off Hwy 89A in Sedona. Close to everything, and minutes from downtown, this home is perfect for any Sedona stay.
The kitchen is beautifully appointed for cooking and entertaining. Bar seating and an outdoor dining area make it great for any meals made in the home. There is also a dining table in the spacious living room. In addition to the outdoor seating on the patio, there is also a propane grill.
A spacious living room features a large TV, a small dining table, and a great couch for watching DirecTV or just relaxing.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and large private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be used separately or pushed together.
The garage has been converted into a "game room" with pingpong and pool table.
On the property is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

It would be nice to have a small chair or bench in the small bedroom to sit on. We did use the grill until 3 Javelina’s came in the back yard! Unable to use the tub, no way to hold water. A old shower head was in the kitchen sink??? We left it there. We liked the large parking lot. Bed’s are comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had to reach out to the property manager once about a minor issue and he responded immediately and took care of the issue. It is really close to Airport Mesa so you can walk up and hike the trails or enjoy the sunrise and sunset. Our family really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Would caution against use by 2 couples; Non-master bedroom and bathroom is really, only for children. The AC in non master didn’t work, ask owner if working. Great location centrally located. Owner very accessible.
