The house was beautiful with amazing views and was convenient to hiking, shopping and eating.
Amenities were provided but were scarce so we had to go out to buy our own (paper towels, laundry detergent) as well as do house laundry several times. We had less guests than the rental can accommodate (4 adults and a toddler) and there were not enough towels for us (there were no rugs in the master bathroom so we had to use towels for that and there were only a few washcloths). There were instructions to use black washcloths for makeup removal but there were only 2 in the master bathroom.
We reported some issues to the guest contact and Evolve but did not hear back for over a day...nothing extremely urgent but it is expected that vacation rentals will be in good repair and ready for guests. The light in the hall bathroom had all 4 light bulbs burned out and we were told that there are extra light bulbs at the house, there was only one bulb there for this particular fixture. We changed the bulb ourselves with a ladder that was in the laundry room. The guest contact offered to send a friend to change out the other 3 bulbs but by that time, we only had one more night there and had plans for the day so we did not want to wait around for this to be resolved.
Cleaning was sub-par (stained linens, broken glass and debris in drawers, dryer lint in a laundry cabinet and dryer lint trap full, no trash can liner in bathroom trash can, water in the tea kettle, exterior trash can was 3/4 full, had to search for bathroom rugs and found one set under the sink in the bathroom) and there were ant baits throughout the house and on the kitchen counter.
Other issues that will be reported to Evolve and the guest contact are; the small couch was very unstable so only one person could sit on that at a time but we mostly avoided using it because we did not want to break it. The front door lock keypad chimed often and at random times. It took us a while to figure out where the noise was coming from. Last, there is a camera at the front door, facing the front door and it records for quite a while. I understand that this is the norm for most residences and vacation rentals but it is invasive, given the location and the recording time.
We enjoyed our time but will not return to this rental when we come back to Sedona.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Sedona home! It was immaculate, super comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and secluded yet very close to town- a perfect mix! We loved the layout of the space and felt very cozy and comfortable. Feels brand new and super clean. We will definitely return!

A beautifully spacious home appointed with tasteful southwestern design. The views of Thunder Mountain and proximity to town are major assets. The kitchen is huge and well stocked for any cooking-inclined guest. The master bedroom and bath are also luxuriously sized and thoughtfully detached from the rest of the home. We would certainly stay again on our next visit to Sedona!

The house is very spacious, with large kitchen and primary bedroom, bath and a closet. The views are amazing. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood with lots of beautiful trees. Walking distance to the airport hike where people gather for the sunset and parking is rarely available. We used internet a lot and it was reliable. The owner was very helpful and responded immediately to any question we had.
