Former barn completely renovated with great comfort, design and warm, super equipped to make your stay a quiet break from a garden in Anjou surrounded by small stone walls and a historic environment.
Ideal for couples with 2 children or 4 adults.
On the ground floor opening onto a large terrace and a garden, a living room with 2 sofa beds, tv. A dining area for 8 people. A fully equipped Miele kitchen. A toilet with hand basin. Office space.
On the 1st floor, a small bedroom on the slope with a 190x140 cm bed opening onto the terrace and garden, storage / dressing room, TV. A small shower room with sink and wc window.

Outside, a covered garage, an outbuilding with freezer and other storage.
Deckchairs to enjoy the terrace and the garden, outdoor lounge, outdoor table for lunch and dinner and thus make the most of the long summer evenings.
In the heart of the historic Durtal district, less than 400 m from all shops and services.

- [ ] This is a lovely Gite within easy walking distance to the town, the chateau, a lovely Patisserie and a big Super U superstore. The Gite has everything you could need with a spacious downstairs living area and well equipped kitchen. There is a lovely private patio and garden to relax in with a beautiful climbing rose to greet you. The bedroom upstairs is comfortable and includes a nice walk in shower. It is a little bijou in the toilet area and could be challenging for a tall person. The host Stan has been great and extremely responsive to all our needs. He provided information on some excellent bike ride routes on flat quiet roads and it was great that we could leave our bikes under cover in his garage. Thanks Stan, it has been a super relaxing holiday here in Durtal. John and Christine

Had a very comfortable 2 weeks at this venue. The space is both very functional, comfortable and beautiful.
No corners have been cut, the use of wood throughout is very pleasing.
There is a bakery and supermarket very close by but you’ll be back to the serenity of the terrace and garden in no time at all.
Stan is a great host, very considerate and nothing was too much trouble.
Would highly recommend a stay and I will look to book again!

A beautiful property tucked away in a quiet village location. A warm welcome from the host Stanislas was much appreciated. The house is stylish with a charming mixture of modernity and traditional. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
It is well located with a supermarket being only a 5 minute drive away and of course so well situated for visiting all the wonderful chateaux in the area.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone wanting to holiday in this area.
