Welcome to our dog friendly home for you to enjoy!
Quiet neighborhood to walk your dogs, with privacy-fenced back yard.
The space:
With a queen bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest room, and the office has a couch that works into a queen.
It is a quaint open living space. With no specified “dining” space, but 4 bar stools around a large kitchen island, TV trays.
Guest access:
There are beach chairs, umbrella & towels for you to use. 4 bicycles (and helmets) also available for your use on the Springs to Springs bike trails
Other things to note
Orange City is just an hour from Orlando airport, universal studios and Disney
Conviently located close to I-4.
Daytona beach or new Smyrna beach, just 30-45 minutes.
Modern conveniences (Publics, Walmart Target etc) all just miles away.
Just minutes from Blue Springs state park, where manatees gather in the cooler waters during January & February
Check out near-by towns DeLand & Sanford , which have some good breweries
Celery City, Deviant Wolfe, Wops & Hops, Tuffy’s bar, Central 28 brewery, Blue Springs brewery
Don’t miss Another broken egg in Sanford for breakfast, but make a reservation!
For authentic Mexican try Mi Terria , with great specials each day
Riverfront Pizzareia & Brewery and Blue Springs pizza are both good
Close access to St John’s River with the St John’s Rivership compamy with the Barbalee lunch & dinner excursion, also you can rent kayaks
Close to Black Hammack airboat rides

It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom had a full size bed which was uncomfortable because my toddler likes to sleep in the same bed with us.
My husband didn’t like that there was no curtain on the back sliding door but those are the only complaints.
The host was very communicative and responded right away for whatever issues we had. The AC went out and he had someone on it immediately.
House was nice and cozy. And served the purpose we needed it for.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was ready early and the owner made us aware so we could get there and settle in. We were able to explore the area for the remainder of the day. We enjoyed a boat tour the next morning and went shopping nearby as well where we found some beautiful Antique furniture. We plan to go back to the area in the future and would definitely stay here again.

The home is perfect if you need a fenced in yard. The layout of the home is very inviting. Our dog was happy to be with us. We would stay again.
