All you need to do is arrive & step into history with this large beautifully restored 120-year-old home, nestled on the picturesque, tree-lined street of W Minnesota Avenue , 5 minute walk to Stetson University and a 10 minute walk to downtown DeLand.

This was one the best houses we have rented! The house had everything you could need. Kitchen was stocked and beautiful. We stayed the weekend for our daughters graduation with my parents and in laws. Everything had plenty of room. It was perfect for our needs.

We had an amazing stay at this property! Super clean, tastefully decorated, incredibly comfortable, outstanding communication. The home’s design allows for plenty of space to spread out; our multigenerational group of 6 felt right at home. We had plans to explore DeLand but scratched them to spend more time lounging by the pool. Excellent!

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved using the hot tub on the cool evenings. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. I especially appreciated that they went out of their way to return belongings I accidentally left behind—that level of care really stood out. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
