The only surprise is we did not know two of the bedrooms were bunk beds. It still worked for us and to be honest, if it was in the listing, I just missed that part. It was too cold to use the pool and we didn't have time to heat up the hot tub, but that is just due to weather, not the property itself. The property is close to shopping and restuarants and near major streets. If I need to book a house in Deland in the future, I will definitely try to rent this one.

Nicely equipped kitchen. We really liked that there are 3 bathrooms in this house.

The rental house was smaller than we thought, but clean. Just make sure to check the house rules for extra charges as we didn't see that. The owner let my brother in law and family check in an hour early to make the "meet and greet" at our family reunion, appreciated that.
