Modern house with charming terraces, one of them right by the sand of La Devesa in Oliva Nova. It sleeps 4 guests.
If you love the sea and houses with a modern and relaxing style, this is your house! The interior boasts a modern touch that'll make you feel at home and its main terrace offers the best experience of living next to the sea. Here, you can enjoy your meals feeling the sea breeze and admiring the beach and the waves. On the other hand, the second back terrace also invites you to relax.
The accommodation features an airy and cosy room where the living room, -with air conditioning and TV-, the dining area and the kitchen are together. The kitchen has an induction top and all you need to cook. Upstairs you have the bathroom of the house -with a shower- and two bedrooms with a closet and a fan each. One of them has a double bed, access to a balcony with sea views and space for a baby cot (a high-chair also is available). The other room features a trundle bed. You'll find also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
This beautiful house offers direct access to the beach of La Devesa. Just grab you towel and enjoy the sun and the sea in a few steps, with the house at the back in case you need to come back to fetch some appetisers and drinks after you swim. The area of Oliva Nova is also ideal since the golf course is 2.8 km away. It is also close to the equestrian centre and you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants, etc, around.

Sehr wertvoll war das WLAN im Haus, und die Strandsitze und Sonnenschirm
Die Klimaanlage hat nur den Wohnbereich gekühlt, in den Schlafzimmern im oberen Stock keine Kühlung.

me gustó: la increíble ubicación, la amabilidad de la propietaria y todos los detalles que tiene la casa para que la estancia sea cómoda: productos de limpieza, de baño, básicos para cocinar, menaje, etc
no me gustó: el único pero que le pondría sería que la ropa de cama y toallas del dormitorio principal olían a humo ..

In September 2022, we had the pleasure to rent a small house in Oliva via Homerti, and the experience that we made was perfect: immediate response to our questions, the check-in was very professionally organized and the house was super cute, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend Homerti to other travellers.

This apartment could not be better situated . It is just yards from a fabulous beach and close to two beachfront bar/ restaurants . You can walk for miles along the beach , which we did frequently . We were advised we would be met by the owners on arrival . Unfortunately this did not happen . We were met by a maid who just wanted to hand us the keys and could not wait to leave . There was no information pack in the property . Fortunately we know the area very well having owned a property on nearby Monte Pego for 14 years . We found the bed uncomfortable , it was very hard and the lack of airconditioning in the bedroom did not help . We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment and neither of these things would stop us booking here again which we will be doing for 2023 .
