Would stay again

It was in a perfect location for me to watch my son SJ at MET which is less than a 10min walk. I could see the main arena from my balcony

Don’t bother getting the breakfast. I was advised when checking in that this is at the hotel a 30min walk away

Good but management has to improve.

The location. The amenities. The children animation was really good this year

Mantainance of the bungalows is poor (doors dont close well, lights broken, hose broken, chairs in really bad shape. Cleaning: not as well as other years, found the oven dirty, the showers dirty. Restaurant: the service was not as it used to be. Slow, erratic. The prices were too high for the quality. I misssed the Uruguayan manager of the last years. Small shop,: unfortunately the small shop at the restaurant closed. It was really useful to buy bread, cookies and daily needs. Reception: the attention was good and the people were very nice buy not as efficient as former years Gardening: the grass around the swimming pool was in very bad conditions. I am a recurrent custimer and always rated Las Dunas as an exceptional place for holidays. Unfortunatelly, I perceived a decrease in the manangement and mantainance of the premises. I really miss the way Las Dunas was managed 2 years ago.

Not a holiday!

Beach was less than 5 minutes walk from the buildings. Beautiful dunes and sandy beach as long as your eyes can see. Good for families and kids. Beach was the best. Pools were well maintained and clean, were in early April so it wasn't really a warm season yet. People in reception were nice.

Where to start? Rooms much smaller than in pictures, poky, even for 2 adults and child. If you open sofa bed, no place for "living room" table or access to balcony. No place to open bigger suitcases. They forgot to bring pillow and duvet for our child that was suppose to stay in sofa bed, only base sheet, reception closed when we noticed it. Next day they brought pillows but no duvet/sheets. Safe didn't work, dishwasher was keeping odd noise 6 hours in the night. Buildings and area looks much more higher quality in pictures, was disappointed. Area around dunes is not the nicest and no restaurants nearby, closest in horse center and other about 30-40min walk away and not worth the hike. Was hoping for Spanish tapas but no, no chiringuitos open nearby. There is bar/small eating establishment by reception but no ambiance. Spanish kids club was very noisy most of the day, even doors closed you couldn't miss the beat, didn't feel like holiday.

Disappointing

The bungalows's interior was very good . All was well provided ( drinking glasses , plates, towels , ... )

The pictures on the site about the bungalows are misleading ! The garden in front of the bungalow was not as promised. In 45% of the cases you will get a smaller garden than shown on the website ! I will provide you with pictures of the real situation. Also there are 3 swimming pool , 2 small and 1 slightly bigger pool. These are not enough to host all the people of the appartments and bungalows. When informing at the reception about the garden of the bungalow ( and a possible switch ) , the reception answered that the domain was full and this was not possible. But they did not provide any compensation of some kind.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. All worked excellent.

Veel was oké, alleen de afstandsbediening van de TV werkte niet. De bank was blijkbaar vies want er lag een wit laken overheen....

Celkově v této době byl v okolí klid.

Hotel je blízko moře a to bylo vše co se dalo v lokalitě dělat. Je tam pouze jeden obchod s potravinami a žádný další. Základní potraviny se tam dají koupit. Kuchyně je dobře vybavená pro domácí vaření. Na dvoře bylo nějaké jízdní kolo, které jsem si úůjčil a projel na něm okolí. Kdo má rád koně, tak tady si přijde na své, neboť je nedaleko ustájeno asi 500 parkurových koní, které tam každý den trénují i závodí.

Do lokality nejezdí žádná veřejná doprava, je nutné používat Taxi. Do Olivy jsme se dostali veřejnou dopravou - ALSA z Valencie nádraží. Do místa pobytu je to ještě asi 5 km. V Olivě jsme objednali taxi, které stojí nedaleko autobusové zastávky. Je třeba od zastávky tam dojít. Stejný taxi nás dovezlo po skončení pobytu v Las Dunas na letiště do Valencie. Taxi stojí 17E tam a 135E na letiště. Jinak tady není nic k vidění, jen dlouhá pláž.

Flexible de la douche chambre parentale fuyait, La bouilloire fuyait. Le store extérieur du salon coté télé avait du mal a descendre.

Apartamento estupendo al lado de la playa

Excelente apartamento, situado a escasos metros de la playa. El resort está muy bien, con varias piscinas al aire libre, y una climatizada. El personal es muy amable. Aunque tiene opción de reservar parking, nosotros aparcamos en la calle gratis sin ningún problema. También es verdad que fuimos a finales de septiembre, posiblemente en temporada alta sea más complicado. En general, si lo que se busca es una semana de playa y relax, es el alojamiento perfecto

Es una zona residencial, para hacer alguna compra, o comer o cenar, hay que coger el coche.
