About this cabin rental
Open & airy beach front cabin surrounded by towering pines & cedar trees. Incredibly beautiful sunsets in the west every evening that cannot be beat. This lake is the first to freeze in the winter & thaw in the spring. Relax on the sugar sand beach, paddle boat, kayak or paddle board. Get out on the lake to fill your stringer with some of the best walleye fishing in the state! Bring your water skis, tubing gear, or jet skis to enjoy out on the lake. Take a break to go investigate the many beaches in the area that are sure to be a rock hunters paradise! Get your ATV/UTV out on the trails when you're out of the water. While you're riding, check out the Big Bog State Park for a little local ecology. Have your passport with? Take a day trip to Canada! In the winter months the lake offers more fishing from your heated fish house. Bring your snowmobile or snowshoes for a zip around on the lake or trails. Be sure to watch out for all of those stars, satellites, constellations & possibly a dancing show from the Northern Lights! A kitchen full of cooking utensils, bakeware, appliances & a Blackstone flat top grill will help you keep your stomachs content. Unfortunately have a bit of work to do? We have wicked-fast internet ready at your fingertips. Try your hand at the many different outdoor & indoor games we have available for making some treasured memories with your family & friends!

My family and I were blown away by just how great this stay was. This was our first time using a short term rental for vacation, and we weren't sure what to expect. We all have heard about those disaster stays, lol. I have a feeling that we got thoroughly spoiled by this stay! It was above and beyond what we imagined. The hosts were great at communicating and just an overall joy to communicate with. The interior design is so cozy, and my family (me, spouse, 16yo girl, and 8 yo boy) had plenty of space. They have everything thing there you could possibly need, plus more if you forget anything. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook any meals, along with a grill outside. The firepit is great also, and stocked with firewood. The week we stayed flew by and by the first night we were already starting to plan a trip for next year when it is warmer to utilize the water more. I have a feeling this will become a yearly vacation spot.

This is a cute, clean little lake property with a small beach. The property manager was great and supplied a crib and high chair for us. The property had lots of extras for you to use. The reason I had to give it less stars is because you dont know till you get there that they restict sink usage and ask you to not use the drains. I am sure its better for the property, but not convenient for the vacationer. Overall, if you dont mind the water issues, its very nice.
