About this cabin rental
Come stay on Island Lake! 2-Bedroom on the lake near the docks plus a sleeping porch. 2 double beds, futon and a hide-a-bed sofa sleeper. Heated cabin, with fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room, and full bath. Entrance has no steps into front door. Enjoy evenings on the sandy beach by he fire pit. Rates for 4 people. Sleeps 8.

Coming from the Twin Cities, this was a very pleasant four hour drive north into a wonderfully secluded lakeside cabin resort. While we didn't fish (it seems perfect for it), we did enjoy our time fixing a few slow meals in the cabin, getting out on the lake, watching the stars at night, and checking out a few nearby spots, like the county fair (that just happened to be perfectly timed with our trip) and bars/restaurants. Really beautiful land up by Northome, and recommend the stay for the area!
