Artemisia Residence is approved by the Greek Tourism Organisation & managed by etouri vacation rental management.
Set over 300 sq.m, Villa Artemisia offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to blend comfort with convenience. It welcomes up to 10 guests in beds, with the option to accommodate one more on a rollaway bed.
Artemisia Residence overlooks Souda Bay, offering charming mountain and sea views. It is located in the premium Akrotiri area, just 8 km (a 10-minute drive) from the lively Loutraki Beach and only 15 minutes from Chanias Old Town.
Amenities include a large heated pool, a BBQ area, and generous outdoor spaces. The landscaped grounds are ideal for outdoor activities, while the bedrooms provide comfortable, dedicated workspaces for guests who need to work during their stay.
Indoor Layout
Ground Floor
- Foyer leading to an expansive open-plan living and dining area.
- Dining area with a custom wood dining table for 12.
- Living room with a large sectional sofa, 65" TV, and fireplace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, ideal for family meals or chef-catered dinners.
- Direct access to the outdoor BBQ area with a table for 4 and a second outdoor dining space for 12.
Upper Level
- Kitchenette with a washer, dryer, small fridge, coffee maker, and teapot.
- Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), full-wall wardrobe. A marble bathroom with a glass shower is next to the bedroom.
- Bedroom 2 (Master Ensuite, Upper Level): Super King-size bed (1.80 x 2.00), walk-in closet, dressing table/workspace, private balcony with seating and sea views.
- Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) convertible to a King-size (1.80 x 2.00) upon request, ensuite bathroom with shower, private balcony with sea views.
- Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) joined together, ensuite bathroom with shower, private balcony with seating.
- Bedroom 5 (Upper Level): King-size bed (1.60 x 2.00), open bathroom with bathtub.
All bedrooms have a 32" TV, A/C unit, and wardrobe.
Outdoor Area
- 50 sq.m. heated swimming pool (max depth 1.60 m) with shallow area (pool heating available at an extra charge).
- Fully equipped gas BBQ.
- Outdoor dining area under a pergola with a custom wood table for 12.
- 10 sunbeds with umbrellas and poufs.
- Ping pong table.
- Playground on a 1,000 sq.m. enclosed landscaped lawn.
- Parking for two cars on-site.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

The house was as pictured. We were very comfortable and Etouri Management Co was very responsive and helpful with house questions and Crete questions. We felt so taken care of that I inquired about other properties they had. We wholeheartedly recommend the house.

House is beautiful, spotlessly clean and well laid out. We used the hosts recommendations for cooks several nights which was great. The pool is wonderful and the kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. The only downside is the location isn't the greatest, with several abandoned houses along the road. However, this seems pretty common on the island. It did have a nice water and mountain view.

We had a super family stay at Artemisia. The villa was perfect for us. Quiet. Excellent facilities. Amazing view. And a pool to die for.
The communication before and during was easy as was check in.
The villa was really well equipped and very clean.
Thank you for making our stay so relaxing and easy.
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
