About this villa rental
Villa located near Nerja, province of Malaga, Andalucia.
A pretty accommodation overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the hills surrounding Nerja is the ideal destination where to spend some well-deserved holidays. The villa features three bedrooms, where a relaxing sleep will make you regain some strength after a day spent touring around the white town. One bedroom is provided with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, as well as a ceiling fan each. There are two bathrooms at the guests’ disposal, one with shower and the other with bathtub. The wide living area, painted with pastel colours, welcomes comfortable sofas and a dining table, in addition to a completely equipped open kitchen. The rustic decoration of the villa is enhanced by the materials used to build the accommodation, especially the stone. Radiators provide the heating.
There is air-conditioning in the whole house.
The outdoor area is incredibly spacious. There is a welcoming porch facing a well-maintained garden and a barbeque where you can cook tasty meals. From the porch, a few steps will lead you to another terrace, where the private pool is located. Here, soak up the relaxing atmosphere provided by the staggering sea views. The sun loungers allow you to sunbathe during the warm summer days, while a pretty table is an ideal spot to shelter in the shadow of a parasol and enjoy a refreshing drink.
The access to the villa is made possible by a 150 mt-long unpaved lane.

Villa très bien située, nous avons passé un magnifique séjour, la piscine est géniale avec une vue superbe sur la mer, les deux terrasses sont très bien la maison est bien agencée, seul petit inconvénient la route qui mène à la villa n’ est pas très carrossable, autrement ce n’ est que du bonheur

Zeer mooi en verzorgd huis voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Een prachtig zwembad en uitzicht. Enkel de rit naar boven vergt wat oefening

Zeer hartelijke ontvangst door Manolo. Prachtig huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot en mooi zwembad. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Mooie en rustige omgeving.

Traumhaus mit wirklich allem, was man zum perfekten Erholen braucht. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, der riesige Pool ist sehr gepflegt.
Der Eigentümer kümmert sich super und ist bei kleinen Problemen (Stromausfall) sogar nachts zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Und an die steile Anfahrt hat man sich nach ein paar Tagen auch gewöhnt… Vielen herzlichen Dank noch einmal für die perfekte Betreuung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und denken noch oft
