About this house rental

Nicely appointed Pinehill Phase II Townhome offers ample room with a well stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, gas fireplace and a 1/2 bath on main level. Portable A/C units in bedrooms and main floor living room. Upstairs offers two bedrooms and a full bath. Lower level features a bedroom, family room, 3/4 bath and laundry. Restaurants and trolley stop around the corner. Short walk to Village and Rail Trail. NO PETS/NO SMOKING/NO PARTIES. HOA does not allow campers, trailers, boats or motor homes on the property. It was a great little spot just outside of town! Easy to get on the road to Whiteface, and easy to get into town.

Wendy was wonderful with communication and the townhouse was spotless! Super cute place and convenient to downtown! I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!
