Right from my window you will see the view of Space Needle where our building is two street away.
Mono Rail station is also close by.
If you are taking a cruise trip to Alaska, It is about 15 mins walking distance or a few mins to take a taxi, uber, lyft.
If you are having a business trip in Downtown Seattle, Convention Center, Seattle University or University of Washington, this is the most convenient location to everywhere.
Amazon 's The Spheres is few block on the 7th street.

The location was perfect for us to access public transportation, walk and explore main attractions of Seattle. The view of the Space Needle was amazing from the living room & the rooftop.
The place had most essential accommodations/ amenities. It worked for the three of us but I think it's perfect for two. There is almost no closet/storage space but we made it work for the three of us and it was all worth it!
Communication with Alan and Helen was very easy. Alan is very responsive and provided all needed information, detailed instructions. Truly appreciated their responsiveness and how they've set up the place to make sure it still feels like home away from home.
We loved everything about our trip - couldn't have asked for a better host!
