The Vaughan Palmer House, built in 1902, is a breathtaking home registered in the Quapaw-Prospect Historic District of Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. This grand old beauty sits high on a foothill overlooking Hot Springs National Park. The property is just perfect for wedding party members, family gatherings, girl's weekends and guy's golf trips. There is so much to enjoy in this sweet, bustling, small town. From the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort to shopping, hiking for every level hiker, historical spas and bathhouses on Bathhouse Row, biking (rentals available), art galleries featuring our amazing local artists, The Arlington Hotel, Garvin Woodland Gardens (a must see!) great restaurants and history galore...there is something for everyone!

First, we had an awesome weekend, their home was amazing!! We had everything we needed and more. The home was beautiful, however very comfortable. We felt at home from the morning moment we arrived, We have a family member in a wheelchair. The large open rooms made it very easy for him to navigate and move throughout the lower level. Wendy, the hostess was very responsive over the last 8 months as we planned our trip. Excellent rating!

Y’all, this house is majestic!! Although we loved the bath houses, staying in this house was the highlight of our trip to Hot Springs.

Great central location. Within minutes of either downtown or Oaklawn, depending on your interest. Just love this house! Roomy and spacious. Everyone can gather or get some needed quiet time. Perfect for our family.
