About this house rental
Located in beautiful Federal Way in a quiet neighborhood within steps of a paved hiking trail leading to a kid-friendly/dog-friendly park.
Enjoy family fun night in the game room with board games and the 60-in-one arcade game table featuring all of the classics including Mr & Ms Pac-Man, Galaga, Dig Dug, Frogger, and many more. Fresh kernal popcorn with a variety of seasonings is perfect for watching your favorite movies on the 65" TV.
Smart lock
Guests will receive their smart lock key code two days prior to check-in.
The code is scedule to activate at the 4 pm check-in time and deactivate at the 10 am check-out time.
Any exceptions to the check-in or check-out time must be pre-approved in writing. Thank you!
In order to provide the best guest experience possible, we will send you a text message with the door code and other check-in details on check-in day. You will be able to reply via text with any questions that come up during your stay and we will reply quickly. You are welcome to opt out of text messages at any time.

We stayed for four nights while visiting family in the area. The house is well maintained and well equipped. The view of the water and the Olympia mountains from the rear deck is fabulous. It is well located for our needs. The drive through Dash Point Park is beautiful. It is well located for the sights in Tacoma, such as the Museum of Glass and the LeMay auto museum.

We did a last-minute siblings weekend with no kids and had a wonderful time at this rental! Great house (lovely beds), small but private backyard, super fun tabletop video games, all the amenities you would expect and more. Definitely recommend :)
