Recently renovated, updated flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and fresh paint. Your minutes from Coligny Plaza the heartbeat of the island with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and grocery store.
As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen features granite counter tops, plenty of cabinet space, and Keurig coffee maker.
The living area features comfortable seating, free WiFi with large smart TV.
Master bedroom has en suite full bathroom, king size bed and large screen smart TV.
Secondary bedroom has bunk bed - full on bottom twin on top and smart TV.
Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: washer/dryer, beach buggy, beach chairs, beach umbrella, central heat and air, community pool, and stocked kitchen.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
Free private parking located right outside the front door of the condo.

This was very close to Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, which was our top priority and made getting to training very easy. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were a little tight and the dishwasher was somewhat hard to access due to its unusual corner location, but neither were deal breakers for us. We did encounter a minor pest issue, but the property manager responded immediately and resolved it without hesitation. Overall it was a good value for the money and worked well for families visiting the area for tennis training.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. It was super clean and the location was excellent. Nicely proportioned and comfortable. Loved the King bed.
