CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air. Guests can control their temperature with a thermostat in the hallway.

This house definitely felt like home away from home. It was very cozy with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Every home has its little quirks but there is nothing negative to say about this stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great property. House worked well for us. Unfortunately the TV situation was a bit of a nightmare. WiFi very unstable. Kept dropping signal every day of our 4 day visit. Owner had to reset WiFi multiple times during stay. Mgr said “a reset usually clears the problem”. Clearly this has been a problem for others before us and they are choosing to live with it rather than solve it. Not a big deal if you don’t watch tv. But it was the biggest football rivalry weekend of the year. We had a house full of family and guests. We wanted the service. And It failed repeatedly everyday. Our guests left early to catch the end of game at home. Beyond frustrating. For the money we spent I expected better. Stay elsewhere unless you don’t plan on turning on the television.
