The unit was very clean, basic toiletries were provided, and the host provided a nice snack basket. The location is super convenient for walking to the EAV restaurants and bars/music venues. Our only issues were that the blinds in the bedroom do not completely shut which lets some light in, and the sofa was a bit small. (Sleep masks were provided which helped with the light.) The host asked for my feedback after our stay, and they are considering adding curtains and a sofa upgrade. If those upgrades happen, this will be a 5 star unit!
