Place was great, as advertised, neighborhood was very walkable to lots of great restaurants as well as the Eastern Theater. Unit had a corner balcony that was great for morning coffee and people watching.

We were in town for a concert and were hoping to stay close to the venue so we could walk. It's a short walk to The Eastern, and to several restaurants. Because of the location, it can be noisy at times, between cars and people walking, but not a deal breaker. The host was very responsive to all our questions and gave clear instructions for how to check in and check out. We would definitely book again if we are back in the area.

The apartment was clean and more than spacious enough for four people. Everything was clean and tidy. The balcony was a nice feature. While the apartment is in a great location to Atlanta Dairies, it is on a very busy street. There is a MARTA line that runs right by the apartment throughout the night, so it is quite noisy and makes for a difficult night of sleep. I would definitely recommend bringing earplugs and a sleep mask, as there are no curtains in the bedroom if you plan to sleep in. The host was quite responsive to messages.
