Escape the "hustle and bustle" of Bear Lake for this quiet and serene space. Located just 8 miles north of the North Beach turnoff. Close to the Paris Ice Caves, Minnetonka Caves, and Bloomington Lake.
Spacious yard with a firepit, patio, grill, and HOT TUB!
Historic tabernacle and city park are kitty corner within walking distance. Elcamino Donut Shop, Subway, and Cody’s restaurant.

•Kitchen has a large dining area and island with barstools for the entire family.
•French doors lead to the spacious backyard.
Second floor:
3 very large bedrooms.
•Master bedroom has a king bed with en-suite bathroom.
•Full bathroom separates two very large bedrooms, each has a queen bed and a triple bunk bed.
•Additional sleeping is available on the sectional of the main floor. Pack and Play also available.
Outside:
•1/2 acre with plenty of grass to play games.
•Long driveway for parking.
•Backyard has a cement patio with a
grill and Hot Tub.
•Fire pit for roasting marshmallows.

Such a fun and cute house. Our kids loved it and were sad when we said we were leaving and they didn’t get to live there forever. It was close to north beach, and quiet. Thanks for sharing your beautiful space with us

Kevin was a great host! The home was clean and nice. Loved having a grill for easy dinners and a yard to have kiddos play around in!

Very clean, and quaint. Just the right stay for a little get away. We thoroughly enjoyed North Bear lake, Minnetonka Cave, and the raspberries fest. The host were extremely responsive, and the hot tub was our favorite part
