About this house rental
Jubilation Springs has 4 bedrooms with beautiful mountain views and sleeps 15 people in beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms, unlimited wifi, a large family room, kitchen with everything you need except food, patio furniture, ping pong table, BBQ grill and outdoor fire pit. Across the road from the cabin are trails that access the Caribou National Forrest hunting unit 75 from Bailey Creek trail 331. Lakes and rivers are nearby for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Lava Hot Springs is only 35 min away!
The space
The cabin consists of three floors. The basement includes the garage, a bedroom with the bunk beds, and a bathroom. The stairs from the basement to the main floor are regular carpeted stairs. The main floor of the cabin can be accessed by entering through the garage and going up the inside basement stairs, or by going up the front porch stairs and through the front door. The main floor includes the kitchen, pantry, living room, bathroom, and access to both the front and back porch. The stairs from the main floor to the upper floor are rustic log stairs. The upper floor includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the master bedroom and attached bathroom and walk-in closet.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of one storage closet in the garage that remains locked. Guests are also welcome to use the surrounding yard, and the entire driveway.

We really enjoyed the property and its proximity to Unit 75. The house was stocked with everything we needed. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to a large amount of flies and some sort of gnat that seemed to be everywhere in the upstairs bedrooms during our stay. I honestly think someone must have left a window open prior to our arrival and they found their way inside. It did seem to get better throughout the week. Overall, the property was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Jubilation Springs Cabin. It was a large and spacious property that fit all of my family (11 of us). We brought side by sides and four wheelers. We had to travel about seven miles before we could ride on the trails with the side by sides, but our four wheeler (50 inches) was able to ride on the trail near the property. The home does not have air conditioning as it states on the site, but they do provide fans to try to cool down the inside of the home. Since we were there at the end of July, the house got pretty warm. The house was well stocked with all that you need for your stay and had two refrigerators to keep food cold. Emmalee, the property manager was great with communication and replied to me very quickly. I would recommend this property. It was quiet, had a beautiful view of the mountain.

Property is up near the mountains & pine trees with cool breezes blowing morning & night in late July. Cabin is stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen with a large refrigerator/freezer. a nice hike nearby that is easily crossed on foot,

This property was very comfortable. Plenty of room for a family to spread out and the views are fantastic.
