A spacious pantry provides plenty of room for groceries if you plan to stock up. The main floor features a master suite with a king bed, while the second level offers additional king beds for restful nights.
On the third floor, you’ll find a charming sleeping area with two bunk beds and access to a walk-out patio deck—perfect for soaking up the sun during the day or stargazing at night!
Beyond the comforts of the rental, be sure to take advantage of the resort amenities, including the pool, exciting activities, and The Lagoon for ultimate relaxation and fun!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

There is a designated parking lot for RVs, trailers, and boats. The cost is $15 per vehicle per stay. All vehicles must be registered in advance to park in this lot. Please contact our team prior to arrival for registration details and instructions.

**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

Receptive host, reached out multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did! It had several days worth of basic necessities, along w/ all cookware, dishes, etc. Comfy beds, great location in Desert Color. Very happy!

Check in was easy, property management was helpful, amenities were great. Of course a bummer that the lagoon was closed but the pools were great. My 2 complaints were that the floors were pretty dirty and the couch on the main floor is in 2 pieces and was not connected so when we would sit on one side it would slide back. Overall great!

Condo was clean and worked great for us. It’s pretty tight quarters but our group wasn’t too big. Proximity to the lagoon is great and the kids loved the grassy front area. Adjoining walls between condos are pretty thin, we heard quite a bit from the people next to us. Overall a great place for the price.
