This stunning rental is nestled in the heart of the incredible Desert Color community and whether you are chilling at the rental or playing at the resort, you are going to love your time here. This condo offers 2 king master suites, a fully equipped kitchen, and a stunning rooftop deck featuring a ping pong table and hammock! We are confident that you might just never want to leave this wonderful condo, but leave plenty of time to enjoy all the fun over at The Shores Resort!
**Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!

We stayed here during a mountain bike race that was just down the road, so the location was perfect. However, this brand-new resort leaves A LOT to be desired. This units were clearly just thrown up and although they "look nice", they are not good quality. The kitchen is tiny - can't even open the freezer all the way and only one person can really fit. If you like stairs, this unit is for you, but be warned that the stairs have a lip on them making them a huge tripping hazard. We were surprised that passed code. Oh, and hope you like your neighbors because you will be able to have a conversation through the walls with them. All that aside, the most annoying feature is only half the units have access to the parking lot. We had to either walk down a gravel hill and then up stairs or had to walk all the way around the building to get to our unit. So dumb! And that should have been disclosed in the listing as that is going to be a much bigger issue for other people.
As far as the resort itself, the pool and lagoon are great. But with this being a newer place, there aren't any stores or restaurants anywhere nearby. I imagine in the coming years this will change.
The rental agency was awesome to work with, but we will not be staying here again.
