"My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for gue..."

It’s an older house but very clean Note for anyone - the house faces & is next to the 110 highway so be prepared for car noise

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was not completely disclosed as it was right by a very busy highway so the noise level was high. Otherwise it was very nice!

My short stay here was great! I did feel a little unsafe because of the encampment just a block away across the street though. And the door and locks didn't help much since they look like I can break them open just by kicking at the door knob. It would be nice to have a more secure lock on top of a deadbolt. The deadbolt does exist but the door and frame especially has a huge gap. I placed the chairs in front of the doors just in case. The bed cover did have stains on them so I don't think they wash the top bed quilt/comforter but underneath the sheets seemed clean and new. More than 1 hanger in the closet would've been great too. I couldn't find a single Lysol wipe or cleaner to clean/disinfect for my comfort, thankfully I brought some with me. I'm from Seattle and I would have definitely felt safer if the doors had a more robust system or a locking mechanism in place. I'm also always weary of tap water wherever I go because of toxin levels that vary with many different factors. I think having a bottle or two of water in the fridge would have been a great touch and to signal me that I have to buy more. Face masks would have been a great touch too. Though it was a pain to find any when I went to the mall. Bring indoor slippers, as going barefoot will make your feet super dirty. Bring lotion, I couldn't find any. Bring 2 door stops to put under each door on the inside to at least make it more secure and hopefully keep someone from barging inside. I could easily pick at the locks. And the back door dead bolt slid open easily, a baby could open it. Bring something to cover the glass panel on the front door. You can easily see inside of the place from the door. Tape and paper worked for me. Pros: The camera on the back and front doors was great, although I don't think it sounds an alarm if it detects any motion unless you're the owner of the VRBO? They had coffee and a Keurig machine which was nice! The fridge worked and I was able to store my leftovers. I liked the tv in the livingroom and the bedroom. The ac was a lifesaver! Plenty of parking Back light and front light of the house. Plenty of indoor light in general Shampoo + conditioner + face wash Comfy livingroom couch to wind down in at the end of a long day Within a 5-15 minute distance of everything, including the airport Perfect for short stays but I don't think my anxiety can handle a lengthier stay because of the safety issue.

We stayed here for one night. It’s an older place but the inside has been remodeled. It’s right by the ramp to get on I10 so you can hear traffic all throughout the night. (I’ve included a front porch view picture) So if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to reconsider. It’s definitely a shady area. The homeless camp is visible from the steps. None of that really bothered me too much. The thing that bothered me was the house wasn’t clean. The toilet had hair and dirty spots. The pillows didn’t smell clean. Luckily I brought my own pillows and blanket but unfortunately a lot of people don’t. We didn’t use the kitchen or the living room. The air conditioner was cold and it comes with a remote. Parking was convenient. I will not be staying here again.
