For water enthusiasts, we offer a swim platform, swim mat, swim ladder, paddleboard, and kayaks in both regular and junior sizes, ensuring endless fun on the water. Safety is essential, so life jackets are provided for peace of mind.
Our location is conveniently situated just one cove away from Frankie and Louie's, a popular spot easily accessible by water or car.

Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Took a week prior to reservations took get answer back about changing even with purchasing trip protection insurance but the dayof I did get in touch without my questions answered but was friendly.

The location was perfect! It is quiet and peaceful. The view is great. The pictures done do the property justice. It’s spacious and has everything you would need. We will definitely be returning again and staying longer
