The apartment accommodates up to 4 people, with a private bedroom with a double bed and an additional bed in the open space area. The fully equipped living room and kitchen guarantee relaxing moments and delicious meals. The space also includes a modern bathroom and a functional area with a washing and ironing machine for greater convenience.
It has a beautiful view from the 3rd floor of a new and spacious building (NO ELEVATOR):
- 15 minutes from the beach on foot.
- 10 minutes from the Casino on foot.
- 5 minutes from the Market on foot.
- Next to the University of Coimbra (Campus Figueira da Foz).
- Next to the Entertainment Center (CAE)

- The municipality of Figueira da Foz charges a tourist tax of €2 (April - September) or €1.50 (October to March) per person/per day (up to a maximum of 7 days), except for guests under 16 years old who are exempt from payment. It is not included in the reservation price.
- A SECURITY DEPOSIT of €200 will be requested before check-in. The deposit will be refunded 2/3 days after check-out if no damage occurs to the property.
