This independent apartment is on the ground floor of a large beach house. Surface of 80 m2.
A kitchen-living room overlooking the dunes, with a balcony.
The kitchen is integrated, new and quality (granite, solid wood). It is equipped with hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher and small appliances (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron ironing), a gas water heater.
The dishes and furniture (extending table and chairs) are provided for 6 people.
The living room has a television and a satellite receiver to see all French TNT channels.
A bathroom
A bathtub with wall for the shower, 1 WC, 1 washbasin, a column of storage, a washing machine.
A "couple" room
With a 140 bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser, window overlooking the courtyard.

A children's room
With a 140 bed and two 90 bunk beds, a dresser, French window overlooking a quiet street.

The rental also includes:
- private parking for at least 2 vehicles in front of the house
- a closed courtyard of 95 m2 at the back of the house, dunes side with large table and bench, barbecue and hard work plan.
These spaces are to be shared with other potential tenants of the 2 lower floors.

Casa conforme a descrição, boa comunicação com o proprietário e todos os detalhes acertados com ele.
A churrasqueira e mesa exterior no pátio foram muito importantes, uma vez que a arte xávega praticada nesta praia proporciona peixe fresco 2 vezes por dia.
Vila pacata e praia espetacular.
Experiencia a repetir.
