The house has been set up for a great stay, couldn't have asked for a more complete setup. Two things that need help... the game area has no cooling or heating that we saw so in our time it was unusable and the gravel drive is washed out and difficult to navigate, more then likely the property will fix this and it was untimely for our arrival that it was washed out... ask if it is fixed or consider other options

Overall, the stay was good. There are a lot of bugs and the yard could be maintained better. The price is fair.
