About this apartment rental
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath single level condo (Unit 204) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals. The main living space features a gas fireplace, TV and a deck enjoy the amazing views.
The condo also features a washer and dryer. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King Bed, TV & fireplace
2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds w/ TV
Living Area - Queen Sleeper Sofa
As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

We had a very enjoyable few days at this property. The condo was clean and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen appliances were in good order. I would recommend a visit to WalMart for some new pots and pans. I recommend this condo!

Our overall stay was perfect. Unit was clean, comfortable, had adequate dishes, linens, starter supplies and convenient location to slope. Great views, but was hoping for a slope view. Booking, checking in & out went smoothly. First time skiing at this resort and was very pleased. Love the skiing over at lift 8. Wish we had a bit more powder, but had a great time just the same and the deep tub was great after a long day of skiing. Overall A+
