About this apartment rental
Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo (Unit 305) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the living and dining spaces and the deck is a great place to enjoy the fresh mountain air and views of the slopes!
The condo also features WIFI, Dish TV, ski racks outside the front door and and plenty of closet space or all your equipment. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo and parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.

Master - King (main level)
2nd - Queen (main level)
3rd - 2 Sets of Bunk (twins) (main level)
As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Perfect condo in a great spot. Very clean and roomy. Had everything we needed. Loved that it felt large enough for two families and multiple kids. The master bedroom view was great. The kids enjoyed the puzzles and games. Easy to get to.

On arrival the code to get into the building did not work. The condo was very nice inside but didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly. There were prices of popcorn on the carpet in the living room and dirty socks under the bed in the bunk bed room. The Master shower would not drain and smelled like sewer, called the property manager and sent out maintenance the following day to fix. The amenities were nice but the pool had limited seating and many broken chairs around the pool that were unusable.
