About this campground/ rv resort rental
Located at the 4* Les Charmettes campsite, in Les Mathes – La Palmyre (17 Charente Maritime) near ROYAN - Good location, very popular and surrounded by hedges on 3 sides - 2 car spaces, close to activities and shops. 44 m2 comfortable and spacious for 6 people fully equipped comfort with air conditioning and fully enclosed covered terrace.
The mobile home consists of:
1 equipped American kitchen: Washing machine - dishwasher - coffee maker - iron - vacuum cleaner - Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer/toaster... Flat screen TV
3 Bedrooms including 1 master suite (dressing room, shower & toilet) & 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x190 that you can put together
1 shower & separate toilet
Baby kit (1 booster chair, 1 bed barrier 1.40 + booster toilet)
1 bench 1 table + 6 chairs
Electric heating in 3 bedrooms with mosquito nets and living room / SAM
A large covered terrace: Barbecue / gas plancha + independent fire. Table + 6 chairs + 3 deckchairs
Our animal friends are not allowed as well as smokers inside
The mandatory Fun Pass gives access to the aquatic complex, the children's clubs, and the entertainment during the day and during the evenings (free for children under 3 years old) for which you can benefit from a 20% discount as soon as you book (to be collected at the reception on the day of your arrival),
If you want it to be included in the rental price, plan for an extra charge.
