HIGH-END APARTMENT, featuring: Air conditioning; Living room with fully equipped and furnished open-concept kitchen, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, 4-burner gas stove, gas oven, - large refrigerator-freezer, - complete set of dishes and all kitchen utensils, - 1 flat-screen TV with digital terrestrial and satellite channels, - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed for 2 people, - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, - Provided: pillows, comforters, and mattress protectors - Smoke detector, - individual heating, large covered patio with patio furniture and 2 lounge chairs. - Duvets, pillows, and mattress pads provided; please bring your own sheets, duvet covers, kitchen towels, and bath towels. BIKE RENTAL AVAILABLE AT THE CAMPSITE
- 3 kids’ clubs (1–4 years old: Bubbles; 5–9 years old: Pirates; 10–14 years old: Barracudas),
- 5 HEATED POOLS (28° all year round), including 1 indoor pool with a JACUZZI, 2 outdoor pools with 1 water slide and 4 water chutes, 1 large outdoor wading pool, 1 beach-style pool with lounge chairs, all supervised by a team of qualified lifeguards.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. PAYMENT METHODS: WE ACCEPT:

For each reservation, a 30% deposit is required upon signing the rental agreement, and the balance must be paid one month before the rental date, along with a security deposit check of €500 for equipment and €100 for cleaning (these two checks will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon your departure if the mobile home is returned in impeccable condition).
RENTAL RATES INCLUDE TOURIST TAXES, WATER, GAS, AND ELECTRICITY, “WITH NO COMMISSION FOR THE TENANT”
The campground is located near:
- La Palmyre Zoo, 15 minutes by bike;
- Luna Park - go-karting, 5 minutes on foot; ATVs;
- Tree-top adventure course in La Palmyre;
- Equestrian center, 10 minutes away;
- Cordouan Lighthouse,
Royan, Île d’Oléron, Merchers, Matata Caves: places to visit that are easily accessible by car.
