Welcome to Villa Xarbi, a villa with capacity for up to 6 guests, located in a quiet residential area, ideal for families and couples looking for a relaxing holiday
The town centre and the supermarket are just 3 minutes away by car and the beach is approximately 7 minutes away by car

The property is distributed over two floors
Ground floor
On the ground floor there is an independent bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom
This bedroom has access from outside and is not internally connected to the rest of the house
Just outside the bedroom there is a smaller covered porch with seating, ideal as a relaxation area
First floor
On the first floor there is a bright living dining area with air conditioning and Smart TV
The kitchen is fully equipped, includes a dining area and has direct access to the terrace
The terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and features an awning, outdoor furniture and views of the garden and the pool
On this floor there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and en suite bathroom, and another with two single beds and a fan
There is also an additional full bathroom serving the twin bedroom and the common areas
Outdoor facilities
The outdoor area offers a fully fenced garden, ideal for guests travelling with pets
The private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols
Next to the pool there is a shaded area with a stone table and seating
The house features a covered outdoor dining area with table, work counter, fridge and sink, ideal for outdoor meals
The barbecue is built in, uses charcoal and is located next to the porch area
The property also offers a boules court

My family and I spent a very enjoyable month in the Costa Brava at this lovely home. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us, and very well located for accessing wherever we wished to visit througout the area. The pool and grounds are a big plus. Vera and Marc were wonderful to interact with and highly responsive and available. Thank you for a great visit!

Hemos repetido Villa Xarbi este año y han sido unos días estupendos. La casa está muy bien acondicionada y no falta de nada. Una muy buena experiencia de nuevo, y un lugar excelente para pasar las vacaciones. Es un lugar tranquilo y muy cómodo. Muchas gracias Vera y Marc por vuestra acogida.

Fantásticos días en Xarbi. La zona es muy tranquila y hemos descansado mucho. La casa está perfectamente equipada. Os felicito por la buena gestión. Si me permitís, se puede mejorar el apartamento de planta baja. Nuestra hija y su novio nos dicen que el colchón es incómodo y el baño es excesivamente pequeño. Muchas gracias y hasta pronto!
